Welcome to Onsite Angels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided
Onsite Angels provides non-medical home care services, including but not limited to personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily living activities. We do not provide medical or nursing services.

2. Service Agreement
All clients are required to enter into a service agreement outlining the scope of care, schedule, and applicable fees. Services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed care plan.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients (or their representatives) agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding care needs
  • Maintain a safe environment for caregivers
  • Treat staff with respect and dignity
  • Notify Onsite Angels of any changes in condition or service requirements

4. Fees and Payment

  • Services are billed based on agreed rates (hourly or package)
  • Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

5. Cancellations and Scheduling
Clients must adhere to the Cancellation & Termination Policy available on our website. Adequate notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes.

6. Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Not all services are eligible for refunds, particularly services already rendered.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information.

8. Limitation of Liability
Onsite Angels will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:

  • Outcomes beyond our control
  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Injuries or incidents resulting from unsafe environments not disclosed by the client

9. Emergency Situations
In the event of a medical emergency, caregivers may contact emergency services and notify the client’s emergency contact. Onsite Angels is not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes.

10. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated by either party in accordance with the Cancellation & Termination Policy. Outstanding balances must be settled upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms
Onsite Angels reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation & Termination Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or terminating services with Onsite Angels.

1. Client Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to the full cost of the scheduled service).

2. Missed Appointments
If a caregiver arrives and the client is unavailable or refuses service, the session may be billed in full.

3. Service Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding balances must be settled prior to termination.

4. Service Termination by Onsite Angels
Onsite Angels reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Abuse or inappropriate behavior toward staff
  • Violation of service agreement terms

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided before termination.

5. Emergency Situations
In emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of management.

6. Changes to Services
Onsite Angels reserves the right to modify schedules, caregivers, or service plans as necessary, with reasonable notice to clients.

By using our services, clients agree to comply with this policy.

Refund Policy

At Onsite Angels, we strive to provide high-quality, reliable care services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Payments
All services are billed based on agreed service plans, hourly rates, or package arrangements.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were paid for but not delivered
  • Service delivery was significantly below agreed standards and reported promptly
  • Billing errors or overcharges

3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered
  • Last-minute cancellations (as outlined in our Cancellation Policy)
  • Client dissatisfaction not reported during or immediately after service

4. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. Requests should include details of the issue and any supporting documentation.

5. Review and Processing
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

6. Discretion
Onsite Angels reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the terms outlined in the service agreement.
